For those who enjoy keeping track of such things, please note that tomorrow, December 1, is the 40th anniversary of the opening of the Office for Intellectual Freedom! It’s been an honor to serve as the director of the office since that first day, and I’m proud of the achievements of the office and the association over these decades.

On behalf of the OIF staff, thanks to everyone who supports the work of OIF and promotes the core value of intellectual freedom-both in libraries and everywhere.
