North Carolina Library Association produced a video featuring books that have been banned/challenged from May 2011 through May 2012:
South Carolina has three videos in its playlist featuring Pat Scales, chair of ALA’s Intellectual Freedom Committee and long-time intellectual freedom fighter in South Carolina; Michael Giller, Assistant Director of Library Services at SC Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities; and a video featuring artwork created by students of the South Carolina’s Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities:
Virginia’s Arlington Public Library and Hampton Public Library each produced a video in honor of Banned Books Week:
Marion County Public Library in West Virginia hosted a virtual read-out featuring staff reading passages from their favorite banned or challenged books:
